DROP — frequently asked questions

The app will not load

Close the app fully and reopen it, check your internet connection, then make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store. If it still will not load, email us with your device model and iOS version.

I lost my progress

DROP uses an anonymous account to save supported online progress. Some information may also be stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app or moving to another device may therefore affect access to your previous progress. If you need help, contact support@pavey.online and include any player identifier shown in the app’s settings. We can investigate the issue, but recovery of lost progress cannot always be guaranteed.

My leaderboard score looks wrong

Leaderboards can take a short while to update after a round. If a score is still missing or incorrect after a few minutes, send us the date and the time you recorded.

How do I delete my app data?

Email support@pavey.online and include any player identifier shown in the app’s settings. We will delete the data associated with your DROP account or player identifier and confirm once it is done. Data stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the app.

How do I report a bug?

Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording, plus your device model and app version, helps us fix it much faster.
